Clemente Magana

Clemente (he/him) was born in Mexico and raised in Los Angeles. He is currently a student at UC San Diego studying Political Science with a concentration in Public Law and minoring in Cognitive Science. As a first-generation college student and a proud member of both the LGBTQ+ and Hispanic communities, Clemente is passionate about serving and uplifting those around me. He has interned with several legal offices where he helped translate for immigrants going through the legal and immigration system. He is also involved in work that centers on mental health, youth advocacy, and immigrant justice. His goal is to help make resources more accessible to the communities he come from and create spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported.
