Andie Ongaco

Hi, I’m Andrea Ongaco, my pronoun series are she/they, and to those who speak Tagalog, siya/sila. I’m a queer, Filipino American, nonbinary woman living and working on Kumeyaay land.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from University of California, San Diego’s Revelle College in Urban Studies and Planning, and Real Estate and Development. I hope to make a difference in my community and break the glass ceiling of the barriers and issues we experience daily, like the Tijuana River sewage pollution, housing insecurities, and systemic racial inequities.

Outside of the professional space, I enjoy weightlifting to R&B, and playing soccer and cooking-activities that help me stay connected to my body.
