About the event
Access to mental health resources can mean so many things, we can discover what’s out there or not with our education panel on 01/25.
Youth Will and the Mental Health Action Team presents our Mind Matters Panel on Access to Resources - Based on Youth Will's 2023 Youth Needs assessment, traditional mental health services often fail to engage youth effectively. A youth-led approach ensures that young people's voices are heard and considered in developing and implementing mental health initiatives. By doing that, we created a Mental Health Action Team consisting of youth and brainstormed an ultimate campaign : An education panel.
On January 25th, Sunday from 12:00-2:00pm we have our Mind Matters panel event that not only has panelists but organization and resource tables as well! Join us for an afternoon of discussing what access to mental health resources look like in San Diego and what resources are here already.
